Best-in-class provider of business intelligence seeks an Account Executive to cultivate relationships with U.S. business schools, building on an established client base including some of the leading universities and business schools in the country. These institutions have a new-found need for insights into online media and marketing, topics covered in the firm’s reports, articles and e-newsletter.
Requirements for this sales position include at least 3 years of Business to Business sales experience, ideally calling on Librarians, Head of Collection Development and other purchase decision makers: Presidents, Provosts, Deans or Professors, etc. in various departments (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Strategy) of academic institutions, particularly business schools. Also desirable to have an interest in or familiarity with the evolving world of new media, online, e-marketing and other concomitant emerging technologies.
Beginning compensation in the U.S. for this position is up to $120,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, 401k, holidays, sick days, personal days, and three weeks of vacation.
